- Submit an Indication of Interest (IOI)

Letter of Intent (LOI)
- Align on boarder terms of the deal
- Submit LOI

Diligence
- Conduct financial, legal, operational, and technical due diligence
- Discuss/ align on the transition of business operations & structured growth plan

Closing
- Draft & negotiate the Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA), and all supporting documents
- Reach agreements on the final terms of the sale
- Sign the final PSA
